# Volantis

> Volantis brings together the evidence, intelligence, tools and community that schools need to make holistic learner-centered growth visible, actionable, and scalable — from everyday moments to system-level insight.

Volantis is an AI-powered holistic assessment platform for learner-centred schools and education systems. Teachers keep teaching. The only new thing is telling Lila what they noticed. Lila is the AI companion inside Volantis. She remembers every observation you share, so you can ask her about any learner, tell her what you noticed, or plan an experience together.

## The problem it solves

The only widely trusted measure of learning is still a test score. Yet the progress that matters most rarely fits in a number. Empathy, curiosity, collaboration, the way a child explains their thinking — it happens in class every day, and almost none of it is kept.

## How it works

1. **Notice.** Tell Lila what you saw. A voice note on the walk back from the playground, a photo or video of the work, a worksheet or PDF, one sentence between lessons. That’s it. She takes it from there.
2. **Organise.** Each note is written up and tagged against your curriculum automatically: the learner, the skills that show, and the area it happened in. Nobody sorts anything.
3. **Understand.** Lila reads across a class’s evidence and tells you what she notices: patterns, gaps, and the learners who haven’t been noticed lately.
4. **Report.** When the term ends, the reports are already mostly written. Lila drafts each one from the evidence, in your school’s voice, ready for teachers to read and adjust. Families get the real story, not just a grade.
